Columbus is the indie art capital of the world. No, really—it is. Our city is claiming its own title. If it sounds ambitious, stop by Junctionview Studios on April 19th, when Couchfire Collective presents its next Agora.

Mike Reed, another one of Couchfire’s founding members, says Agora is unique. “Artists open their doors for the show. People can see where art is made and interact with the artists.”

With an eclectic mix of live music and other inspiring performances, this show completely rocks. Past shows have included rock, reggae, heavy metal, and acoustic music as well as dancers, trapeze artists, and a chorus of small children. “We do a good job of mixing these things together,” says Adam Brouillette, one of Couchfire’s founding members.
