    From The Dispatch:

Broad and High space comes alive
    By Mike Pramik

The Casto development company spent upwards of $21 million to create the Broad and High project, a collection of condominiums, offices and retail space in the heart of the city.

There are 23 condos inside the 8 on the Square condo building, and eight have been sold. There’s also about 25,000 square feet of office space and several retail operations. They include Cafe Lola, a breakfast and lunch restaurant squeezed into ground-floor space at 8 E. Broad St. The Original Soup Man opened at 20 N. High St. last year, and there are two unoccupied retail spaces sandwiched between the soup shop and the doughnut shop.
