Local healthy food fans will get another spot to dine in 2018 when REBoL launches at Bridge Park in Dublin.
The Cleveland-based concept focuses primarily on non-GMO and organic menu items, which takes the form of grain bowls, smoothies, bone broths, cold-pressed juices and breakfast sandwiches. Protein options range from grass-fed steak to ahi tuna poke to vegan falafel.
“At REBoL, we refuse to settle for low standards and are excited to bring amazing yet healthy food and drink options to Dublin,” said Corey May, Chief Operating Officer at Corporate Management Group, LTD. “REBoL is a perfect complement to Bridge Park residents, visitors and employees’ active lifestyles.”
REBoL will open in 2,900 square feet of space located at the southeast intersection of Bridge Park Avenue and Longshore Street, which includes a 350 square foot patio. In addition to the food menu, the restaurant also offers a selection of wine and craft beer.
Other new additions to Bridge Park include Kilwins Chocolates, Zeroz Wallets and Fukuryu Ramen. REBoL will be joined in 2018 by the addition of Sweetwaters Coffee, Z Cucina, Fadó Irish Pub and PINS Mechanical Company.
