    Happy Weekend! If you like festivals there’s a couple of festivals happening this weekend! Enjoy all of the events for PRIDE!

    Thursday

    Join us tonight at Milestone 229 for a Happy Hour and we’ll have a cake from Mozart’s Bakery. The film festival for PRIDE kicks off tonight at the Short North Stage’s Garden Theatre. Head to Logan for the start of the Washboard Music Festival. Save 10% at FernBird today.

    Friday

    CD102.5’s Summerfest tickets go on sale Friday. Visit the Pearl Market. The Sketch Show is at MadLab. Gahanna’s Creekside Blues and Jazz Festival starts Friday. Dane Terry is back at the Green Room with a new show for PRIDE. Waterfire is happening on the Scioto River. Picnic with the Pops kicks off their season with Three Dog Night. CAPA’s Summer Movie Series kicks off with Casablanca on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Rodizio Grill opens in the Arena District on Friday. There will be a fashion show and a movie at the Scioto Mile. Juneteenth Ohio kicks off Friday and goes Saturday and Sunday. Take in beautiful views of downtown at COVE at the River Club. Check out Sidebar 122’s new 2nd floor lounge Friday and Saturday evenings.

    PRIDE Parade kicks off at noon!! Support the Columbus Zoo at Zoofari. The 2012 BIA Parade of Homes begins on Saturday. Lindsay Buckingham is at the Wexner Center. Go back to Columbus Commons for Picnic with the Pops and The Temptations. The North Market has their Grillmaster’s Festival. It’s the last day for Pursuit’s popup shop in the South Campus Gateway. Learn to can jam at Oakland Nursery. The Ohio Roller Girls have their first ever Triple Header on Saturday and if you bring  a non-perishable food item for Mid-Ohio Foodbank, you can get a discounted $12 ticket at the door. The Ohio Machine has another game on Saturday. Ganther’s Place has their annual Jazz Festival. Bill Maher will be at the Palace. Go to Junctionview Studios for Catalyst, a collaboration of art, music and food. Olde Worthington has their Arts Festival Saturday and Sunday. Dieselboy is at Skully’s. Dinin’ Hall will be open Saturday night.

    Happy Father’s Day to all of the Dads out there! Take your Dad to see Reefer Madness at ShadowboxLive. Mezzo is having a special Father’s Day brunch to coincide with the last day of the Creekside Jazz & Blues Festival. Or do some shopping at Artisan Sunday at the North Market. Are you doing The Gauntlet Race? Jorgensen Farms is having another Third Sunday Dinner.
