    Downtown housing project moving ahead

    A 100-unit low-income housing project planned for a vacant lot in downtown Columbus is set to begin construction in July. The Commons at Buckingham will be built south of Interstate 670 near Abbott Laboratories’ complex. It’s expected to open next July.
