Construction Roundup: August 2022 Part 2

Welcome to the end of August, and to the second installment of this month’s Construction Roundup photo series!

We’ve got a look at various construction sites located in the King-Lincoln District, Near East Side, Downtown Columbus, Discovery District, Franklinton, Victorian Village, Italian Village and beyond!

A unique look this month at development on the Scioto Peninsula comes courtesy of an amazing view from the upper floors of LeVeque Tower. We’ve also got some updates on the highway construction around I-71 and Broad Street that appears to nearly be completed with that phase of the ongoing ODOT project.

Of course, most of the new development sites are residential or mixed-use in nature, as apartment construction continues to struggle to keep up with rising demand across Central Ohio.
