    Construction Roundup: February 2022 Edition

    A string of warm and sunny days in February have helped to melt away the snow and provided a nice opportunity for a Construction Roundup update!

    This installment takes a look at a few sites located in Downtown Columbus, the Discovery District, Franklinton, Italian Village, the Brewery District and Grandview Heights.

    New projects featured this month include a mix of apartment buildings, offices, multiple hotels, parking garages and mixed-use developments.

    Renovation work is ongoing at the Madison Building and surrounding structures.
    Work has recently begun at the 4th and 5th Development at the former 3M site in Weinland Park.
    Work continues at Grant Park in Weinland Park, with new units wrapping construction on Fifth Avenue.
    The Crossline has nearly topped out on Fifth Avenue in Weinland Park, bringing a new six-story residential building to the neighborhood.
    A four-story mixed-use apartment building is rising at 1040 N. Fourth St. in Italian Village, one of several new buildings on this block.
