Several taller buildings are rising Downtown and in Franklinton. And new sites have been recently cleared in Fifth by Northwest and the King-Lincoln District, where we’ll be watching new buildings going up over the next several months.

A few weeks ago we also took a trip out to check on development at Quarry Trails during our annual Urban Living Tour event, and both homes and apartments are rising quickly adjacent to the new Metro Park. You can check all of those photos, plus more, below.

Don’t forget to subscribe to our weekly Urbanist email newsletter for the latest in development, transit and real estate updates throughout Central Ohio.
