This is a discussion based off of the Jan/Feb. 2009 Report on People living in Downtown Columbus. The report, CRP Data Byte No. 1, released this info: “Based on ESRI estimates, the downtown population in 2008 was 4,476, an increase of 22% from the 3,662 persons counted by the Census in 2000. The most populous age groups were persons in their 20s and early 30s.” Read the full report here.
