Every Night is Ladies Night: Stories from Summit Station, Ohio’s Longest Running Lesbian Bar
For decades, LGBTQ+ bars and nightclubs have served as safe havens for the queer community. Between 1970 and 1980, Summit Station, also known as Jack’s, morphed from a go-go bar into a lesbian owned and operated bar and de-facto community center. In recognition of Lesbian Visibility Day, long-time patrons and bartenders will gather for a night of inspiring, hilarious, historical, political and deeply personal storytelling. Join us!
