It’s the first location outside of Georgia for the Atlanta-based bar and restaurant founded by rapper 2 Chainz and Mychel “Snoop” Dillard. The Columbus franchise is owned and operated by Akron-based entrepreneur Jessica Kay and The Kay Group Corp.

The Esco experience runs from lunchtime to late night.

Esco’s lunch menu includes salads, sandwiches and entrees, many with some southern influence like shrimp & grits, blackened salmon and fried chicken. Dinner adds in tapas like calamari, smoked salmon chips, a variety of Esco rolls, jerked shrimp and more. There’s also burgers and more seafood-focused entrees during dinnertime.

Brunch can be found on the weekends from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Menu options include the sweet, French Toast or Peach French Toast, the savory, Three Egg Omelette, Chicken Biscuit and Gravy, burgers and more, and the best of both worlds with their Chicken & Red Velvet Waffles.

Esco’s drink menu features over a dozen signature cocktails as well as towers and Patron trees designed for sharing. Kay says the bar program will see a lot of focus on vodka and tequila drinks.

    Esco is open from 11 a.m. – 12 a.m. Monday to Thursday and 11 a.m. – 2 a.m. Friday to Sunday.
