The drinks will be plenty, but nary a drop of alcohol will be found. The Dry Mill’s drink menu includes a wide selection of NA beers, energy drinks, coffee and traditional sodas, along with an extensive mocktail menu. Guests will find NA plays on classic cocktails, along with house creations like the Blueberry Lavender Spritz, a mix of blueberry lavender syrup and soda water, a Cucumber Mojito with cucumber, mint leaves, simple syrup and soda water, or the Flaming Sunset with a mix of Monin South Seas (mango, guava and ginger), coconut and jalapeño syrups with orange soda.

The Dry Mill’s scratch-made kitchen will serve up traditional appetizers like chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, and nachos, along with a few unique spins like poutine and spring rolls in a trio of flavors (cheesesteak, reuben and southwest black bean). Salads, sandwiches and a half-dozen burgers round things out.

Friends and Founders David Payne and Colin Thomas have seen wide-spread support for the concept that has continued to grow since it was first announced. Payne says the support has been overwhelming and its surreal to finally see everything come together for doors open.

The Dry Mill will get a few weeks under its belt then start adding events like trivia or comedy nights.

The Dry Mill’s hours are 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. Wednesday through Monday (closed Tuesdays).
