Building on the success of Way Down Yonder’s signature dessert, the cafe will offer traditional beignets along with amped up versions like Strawberry Crunch and Pecan Praline. Other breakfast dishes venture into the savory, with offerings like veggie quiche and shrimp & grits. Way Down Yonder will also feature a display case of additional desserts that will rotate daily.

As Way Down Yonder gets rolling, guests are encouraged to make reservations for dine-in seating, but drive-thru and carryout service are also available.

Way Down Yonder Beignets & Coffee will be open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
