    Got a beef with eating salad? Well, maybe you should. Have beef with your salad, I mean. It’s a clever way to either sneak hunks of roughage into a meaty meal or to add heartiness to an otherwise “I’m only chewing the rabbit food for health” salad. Whichever way you slice it — and fork it up in you — the Flatiron Bar and Diner does a great rendition of salad + beef = happiness repast.
