    Grandview Avenue Project to Break Ground Soon

    This Week News reported today that the new Wagonbrenner development on Grandview Avenue is scheduled to break ground in October. This site was formerly home to over a dozen businesses that burned down in January.

    As previously reported, the new four story building will contain ground floor retail shops and 37 new residential units on the upper floors. Several of the former businesses have already relocated elsewhere, so new tennants may be expected to refill the spaces.
