“Our ice creams have become well known as great option for a snack or dessert,” says Owner & Founder Jeni Britton Bauer. “With the introduction of hearty flavors like Garlicky Black Angus, we hope that we can also become well known as a lunch or dinner time destination.”

Six other savory flavors will launch this new line-up, including:

    • Ohio Bone Marrow & Vanilla Bean
    • Goat Cheese & Blues Creek Mutton
    • Blood Sausage Sorbet
    • Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese
    • Bacon, OYO Whiskey & More Bacon
    • Thanksgiving Cranberry & Roast Turkey

    Blood Sausage Sorbet

All products used in these new flavors will be grass-fed, free-range, sustainable, organic, local, and several other labels still yet to be determined.

“We’re committed firmly to serving the finest ice creams from Cow to Cone,” adds Bauer. “So we’re also pleased that not only will we be able to continue to utilize milk from Snowville Creamery, but also using choice cuts from the new Snowville Butchery for these new flavors.”

These new flavors will be available in all scoop shop locations by the end of the week. Additionally, savory flavors will be available at the meat and deli counters at The Hill’s Market, Weiland’s, Huffman’s, The Meat Packer’s Outlet and Thurn’s Specialty Meats.
