The City of Upper Arlington and Whole Foods are struggling to finalize the plans for a major overhaul to the Whole Foods (and former Wild Oats) store located at 1555 West Lane Avenue. According to an article in This Week News (“City, market try to negotiate compromise on site plan“) the two entities are working through the development details and trying to come to a compromise that creates a space that would best fit the neighborhood.
