Level Dining Lounge, at 700 N. High St. in the Short North, presents itself on a number of levels. The former R.J. Snapper’s has been retooled inside and out to be cosmopolitan, said Brent LaCount of the Design Collective, yet evoking a sense of “old Columbus.”
