    LeVeque Tower has New Owner, Apartments Planned

    Your favorite local landmark is about to become a bit more significant. According to a Dispatch article posted this evening, the LeVeque Tower has a new owner and plans to possibly convert some of the upper floors into apartment units.

    Several years ago, the penthouse suite located in the 43rd and 44th floors was available for rent for $4,500 per month. Hopefully any new apartments would be a bit more affordable.
