    All up and down the Scioto on a recent cloudy morning, people such as Mitch Justice were taking advantage of one of the city’s greatest recreational resources.

    Columbus might not have the scenic allure of the movie by the same name, but a river runs through it. Two, actually. Every day, sometimes literally within the shadow of Downtown, people catch fish.

    “The whole Downtown area is really a great pool,” said Bryan Wentzel at R&R Bait Store on South Front Street.
