John McCain says if elected he expects Iraq and Afghanistan to see reduced violence and Osama bin Laden either dead or captured by the end of his first term that would end in 2013.

The Republican presidential hopeful is looking into a crystal ball today in a speech in Columbus. In a preview of that speech, McCain says he also sees government spending curbed by his ready veto pen.
