City Egg will serve breakfast and lunch in a fast-casual style from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day. They’ll offer a fresh-squeezed juice bar, “community tables, Scramblers Private Label gourmet coffee bar, and an emphasis on clean food”

“We wanted to put a modern twist on our breakfast and lunch only concept,” said Shain Buerk, President and co-founder of Scramblers’ brands, in a press release. “By taking 25 years of proven recipes and fresh ingredients and reformatting them for a fast-casual dining experience, we have done just that.”

Ordering for City Egg will be available online, by mobile, and through their in-store kiosks. They’ll have kiosk hosts as well. According to the press release, City Egg will have a Spring opening, but it wasn’t specified exactly when.
