Robitaille started American Nut Company in 2017 and began vending as a pop-up at North Market in early 2018. The company offered cinnamon vanilla flavored pecans, almonds, cashews, and walnuts.

Now, the company offers over 30 handmade sweet and savory nut flavors and a selection of popcorn varieties, to be featured daily at the store.

Future plans for the company include a new website to take online orders and an expanded menu that will include overnight oats, yogurt parfaits, nut butters and avocado toast.
