Phat Wraps opening in University District soon

Business First wrote Wrap joint will try to get its hands around Ohio State campus market
by Dan EatonThang Nguyen and Jose Becerra hope they can carry a popular line of grilled-meat wraps from summer festivals and the cafeteria of a Central Ohio business to a restaurant near Ohio State University.
Nguyen, the owner of Lac Viet Market in the North Market, and Becerra, former director of food operations at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., plan to open Phat Wraps in the University District by the end of June.
