Hundreds of protesters gathered at John Glenn International Airport on Sunday to protest the travel ban put into place on Friday by President Donald Trump against seven Muslim-majority countries. Protesters chanted “No hate, No fear, Refugees are welcome here” and “Black Lives Matter” among other slogans of the protest movement.
A Columbus Police presence was on scene though the protest was peaceful. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) also spoke briefly to the crowd.
