Rolls Cafe just opened in the Atlas Building near the corner of High & Long Streets a little less than a year ago, but they’re already upgrading to a new Downtown location. A sign on their door indicates that they’re moving two blocks west into a retail space near the corner of Front and Elm Streets, but no target reopening date has been set just yet.
