    Shops in Gateway’s Alley to Become Art Studios

    As a result of vacancy issues in the alley at the South Campus Gateway, it looks like they are going to give the space away to become art and dance studios. Hoping for some added energy in the area, they’ve decided that if you can you pay the utilities, the space is yours.
