    Short Story Brasserie Closes their Doors in Granville

    The Short Story Brasserie announced today that they have closed their doors at 923 River Road in Granville.

    “The hardest part of a story to write is the ending,” explained owner James Housteau via email newsletter. “Our story is no different. It is with a heavy heart that I must tell you that The Short Story Brasserie has written the last chapter.”

    The poor economic climate was cited as the main reason for closing. Although 2011 saw record high sales for the business, additional investment was needed and not obtained.
