The Daily Bar celebrates its grand opening in Italian Village tomorrow, Friday, November 5.

Tucked in between apartment buildings at 883 N. Fourth St., the bar offers a cozy, eclectic atmosphere to sip on a menu of beer, wine, spritzs and port.

A new project from John Blakely of The Daily Growler, the bar counterpart is more focused on sitting and staying awhile than what is sometimes seen as a more fill-and-go operation at the Growler’s three area locations.

Festivities begin at noon on November 5, with food trucks Biscuit Boss serving lunch and Sweet T’s Southern Style serving dinner.

    Regular hours will be 4 – 11 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 12 p.m. – 12 a.m. Friday and Saturday and 12 – 10 p.m. on Sunday.
