This gluten-free dessert features layers of “almond and hazelnut dacquoise cake, crunchy praline buttercream, & pumpkin marscapone mousse. topped with spiced cream glaze.”
It has a pretty arrangement of roasted pepitas on top to give it an extra crunch. The pumpkin flavor is very light, it’s more about the spices.
