All donations will receive a 50% match thanks to a growing list of corporate partners and individual donors which have already pledged $250,000 in match donations. For example, a $100 donation will be met with a $50 match, with matches continuing until the pool is depleted.

The United Way will work with its more than 80 nonprofit partners to identify critical needs, and quickly implement an application and allocation process. The funds will support critical community needs, including access to food and household essentials, childcare, and keeping the community’s safety net strong. The organization estimates most grants will be in the $10,000 to $30,000 range and will be allocated beginning the week of March 23.
