    Upper Arlington Moves Forward with Sunny 95 Park

    Sunny 95 park plan OK’d — with pond

    Upper Arlington City Council gave the go ahead Monday night to begin the first phase of development of Sunny 95 Park. Council voted 4-1 to approve the development after exhaustive testimony from residents expressing views both in support of and in opposition to a planned stormwater retention pond on the site.
