    Vertical Farming Proposed for Cooper Stadium Site

    An article in Business First last week showcased an alternative proposal for the Cooper Stadium site: A Vertical Farm. The old Cooper Stadium, located on the southern end of Franklinton has been in the news regularly over the past two years as proposals for a motorsports racetrack have caused some controversy amongst neighborhood groups near the site.

    A similar plan for agricultural research development at the site has been circulating via email for the past month, and was originally posted on CU as the Schottenstein Integrated Food and Energy Research Park.
