“We are excited to be part of the Grandview Heights community and the Grandview Yard neighborhood,” said Matt Finkes, franchise co-owner and operator of the new Winans location, in a press release. “We’re very much looking forward to serving our handcrafted products to Grandview Yard’s residents and office workers, and surrounding neighbors, from Grandview Heights and Upper Arlington to the University and beyond.”

Occupying the first floor of the Yard Street building, the new Winans will take up 1,600 square feet of space and will include a patio.

Winans was established in the early 1900s in Piqua, near Dayton. They offer a variety of treats, including chocolates, candies, and gourmet nuts, as well as a full coffee bar. Several locations, like the one coming to Grandview, have a wine selection as well. There are now 17 Winans locations statewide, including a handful in central Ohio, in German Village, Downtown, Dublin and now Grandview.

Winans joins other retail tenants at Grandview Yard, such as Brekkie Shack, which opened last week.

Hours of operation vary by location. For more information, visit winanschocolatesandcoffees.com.
