“The Residences at The Sutton is uniquely situated one block off High Street, in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Columbus,” stated Phil Rasey, VP of Development for The Pizzuti Companies. “We are pleased with the progress our construction team is making and are excited for a Summer 2020 opening.”

The six-story residential building will contain 100 luxury one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment units and a 123-space parking garage. Amenities include a 2,000 square foot rooftop deck with a bocce ball court and an on-site fitness center.

The Offices at The Sutton has already announced one office and one retail tenant. Coworking chain Industrious has signed 30,000 square feet of office space on the second and third floors, while men’s clothing chain Bonobos will operate a 1,500 square foot boutique on the ground floor. The office building also includes an underground parking garage.

“Our goal with this project was to create a pedestrian friendly, micro-neighborhood for residents and tenants,” stated Joel Pizzuti, President and COO of The Pizzuti Companies. “The revamp of Wall Street includes updated landscaping, burying of overhead utilities, and public art, collectively accomplishing the goal of connecting First and Price.”
