The pizza joint shared in a Facebook post it would be moving the King Avenue location to Franklinton, which was announced in October 2019. Yellow Brick will be joining the lineup at the River & Rich development, occupying a ground-floor space at the corner of Rich and Lucas Streets.

Yellow Brick is aiming for a fall opening for its Franklinton location.

On Sunday, July 19, Yellow Brick’s original location in Olde Towne East, 892 Oak St., will reopen. Out of an abundance of caution, the restaurant closed on July 10 after an employee developed a fever. With no crossover between employees, the King Avenue location remained open as employees at OTE were tested and the location professionally sanitized.

The King Avenue staff will transfer to OTE for the reopening as employees continue to await results.

Yellow Brick will be open from 4 – 10 p.m. daily.
