Popular YouTuber MrBeast (Jimmy Donaldson) has a new venture: burgers.

In one fell swoop, 300 MrBeast Burger locations opened across the country on December 19, 2020. How does one go from zero to 300 restaurants in the span of a day? By setting up shop in existing restaurant kitchens.

According to the MrBeast Burger website, “MrBeast Burger is a virtual brand offering a separate concept to run out of your kitchen, available for delivery only via food delivery services.”

There’s no drive-thru or pickup, but customers can order via MrBeast Burger’s proprietary app, or through other third-party delivery service apps.

MrBeast Burger’s streamlined menu features burgers, chicken tender sandwiches and fries. The signature “Beast Style,” available as a double or triple, features smashed crispy beef patties with house seasoning, sharp American cheese, pickles, white onion, mayo, ketchup and brown mustard.

MrBeast Burger will operate out of six existing restaurant kitchens in Central Ohio, including both area locations of Bravo! (Olentangy River Road and Hayden Road), both area locations of Brio (Polaris Parkway and Easton Station) and both area locations of Buca di Beppo (Front Street and East Wilson Bridge Road).

The new burger concept is under the Virtual Dining Concepts umbrella, which operates 14 delivery-only brands across the country. VDC Co-Founder Robert Earl is also the founder and chairman of Planet Hollywood International, Inc. and Earl Enterprises, which owns Buca di Beppo, Bravo! and Brio, among other chains.

MrBeast Burger is operating in 35 states plus Washington, D.C. Additional locations in Ohio include Canton, Centerville, Cincinnati, Dayton, Mason, Norwood, Strongsville, Toledo, West Chester and Westlake.
